STEVE WELSH (Caesar Rodney) has never worked with Signal and happy to be doing so now! He was last seen in Open Eye's production of One Flew Over The Cuckcoo's Nest at Strawdog. He's worked with the likes of Next Theatre, The Factory, Mary-Arrchie, The Hypocrites, Music Theatre Workshop, and Defiant Theatre among others.Originally from Memphis he still loves pulled pork BBQ and Elvis. |
